Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time


All orders will be delivered from our warehouse within 5 business days. Moreover, it needs 5-15 business days of shipping time.


Due to COVID-19, Canada takes extra time to clear customs. So the packages shipped to Canada are supposed to be delivered within 25-40 business days.


The order cut-off time is 9:00am (GMT+8:00), after which we will no longer process orders received on the same day. For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.

Roluplay ships internationally. We use the services of major, trusted international carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Australia Post, to ensure your package reaches its destination quickly and safely. Orders can be placed online in many countries.


Delivery Services


All the products at roluplay are delivered to your door in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, and Sweden. We currently offer free shipping on orders of $69 and up in all countries where we ship. Shipping is $8.99 on orders under $69.

Order Tracking


After you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.


A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 


You can check your order in the following ways

  • Track your package by checking your order confirmation email.
  • Find the Track Your Order link in the upper right corner of the page and fill in your tracking number.
  • Visit https://www.17track.net/en to track it online. Enter your tracking number in this link.
  • Contact our customer service service@roluplay.com and we will make an inquiry for you.



Changing Shipping Address


We ship all orders directly based on the shipping address that you input upon checkout. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped out, we are unable to redirect any items to another address. If the provided address is incorrect, you will have to wait until the item is sent back to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient.
Please make sure that all shipping addresses are provided accurately, and the correct location is chosen in the shipping address field.

Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be upon your responsibility to fulfill.




What to do with lost packages?

If your package appears to be signed for, but you still haven't received it. You can check the porch or letterbox first, and then ask your relatives, friends, or neighbors to sign for it. You can also contact our customer service.



Duty and Taxes

  • The price of all products already includes taxes, and customers do not need to pay any additional taxes.
